HOW DO WE SHIP?
Most orders processed through AOR will ship via USPS via priority mail padded flat rate envelopes. For any orders that do not comfortably fit into the USPS priority mail padded flat rate envelopes due to size or irregularity of shape, these orders will ship via UPS ground service.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Any orders above $25.00 USD after any discounts have been applied will qualify for free shipping and handling anywhere within the United States. Any orders below $25.00 after discounts have been applied will be subject to a flat fee of $10.99 for shipping and handling.
HOW LONG TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM EST. Depending on the volume of orders we receive, processing can take between 1 to 2 business days. For any orders that take over 2 business days to process, AOR will notify the consumer via the contact information that was provided to AOR. In the event that no direct contact information is provided to AOR, AOR will be unable to notify customers of the delay.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
If an email address has been provided, AOR will provide an emailed copy of your invoice along with information concerning which package delivery system was used and the corresponding tracking number for your order at the end of the day that it was processed on. Orders will then wait in our warehouse for their proper pickups from delivery service providers.
WHEN ARE ORDERS PICKED UP?
Orders processed via USPS will usually have a pickup at or after 11 AM EST. Orders processed via UPS will usually have a pickup at or after 4 PM EST. Please allow ample time before pickups for AOR employees to process your orders.
HOW LONG UNTIL MY PACKAGE ARRIVES?
After orders are processed and picked up, packages will usually take between 1 to 5 business days to arrive* depending on geographic location in proximity to an AOR US warehouse.

*This does not factor in holidays, severe weather, unexpectedly large volumes of packages, or other emergencies, whether natural or man made, that may impact package delivery services by slowing or stopping them.
