Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your AOR purchase, please review our return policy below for AOR.us purchases. AOR monitors return activity by customers, from abuse, and if we detect what we consider excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity from a customer, that customer may be notified in writing that AOR will no longer accept any returns from that customer.

Your ultimate satisfaction with AOR products is our goal! Therefore, we gladly accept returns of items purchased at AOR.us within 30 days of the purchase date.

To initiate a refund, please call 1-866-215-0450, or email info@aorhealth.com with your order number and the code of the product you wish to return.

All returns are subject to validation and approval, and photographic evidence of the product may be requested. AOR reserves the right to decline a refund request at its sole discretion. 

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your refund to be processed.

Consumer Adverse Reaction Return Policy

If at any time, you experience an adverse reaction to one of our products, please contact us at 1-866-215-0450 to obtain a Return Authorization Form and an Adverse Reaction Report. Documents must be submitted to our Returns Department within five business days of your call. The product must be kept until your refund is received and then it must be disposed of safely.  To be eligible for return under this section, the product must not be expired.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please email info@aorhealth.com or call 1-866-215-0450.  Photographs of the damaged product may be requested. AOR will determine what further action to take if any, but we will do the best we can to come to a satisfactory resolution.
