Safety and target engagement profile of two oxaloacetate doses in Alzheimer’s patients 

Clinical study in 2022, published in Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Oxaloacetic acid increased glucose uptake and glutathione levels in the brain having positive and possible neuroprotective effects for patients with Alzheimer’s disease.
