This 2020 follow up to the above study continued examining the effects of Longvida curcumin on working memory in older adults. In this double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-groups trial 80 participants ( 50–80 yo) received either Longvida© (400 mg daily containing 80 mg curcumin) or placebo. The curcumin group demonstrated improved working memory performance at 12-weeks using the Serial Threes, Serial Sevens and performance on a virtual Morris Water Maze; lower fatigue scores on the Profile of Mood States (POMS) at both four and 12-weeks.
