This randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study from 2015 showed that MS patients receiving 500 mg/day of CoQ10 for 12 weeks presented with a significant decrease of inflammatory cytokine. CoQ10 also alleviates markers of CNS inflammation.
