 AOR’s products themselves have been assigned NPNs, having been evaluated and approved by Health Canada. The statements regarding our Products have not been evaluated or approved by the Food and Drug Administration in the United States, Health Canada in Canada or any other regulatory authority or body. The product information on this website, including description, potential effects and benefits, is intended for general information purposes only. Products are imported by you (the importer of record) and you are responsible for customs, duties, taxes and other charges related to importing the product in your country, province, state, region, county, city or town of residence or of use.  This website is controlled and operated in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and these Terms, this website, any use of this website and any transaction conducted on or from it shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein without reference to principles of conflict of laws. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

 You hereby acknowledge and agree that any dispute that may arise between you and AOR in respect of these Terms and the transactions contemplated herein shall be resolved by the provincial and federal courts, tribunals, agencies and other dispute resolution organizations sitting in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and you hereby irrevocably submit and attorn to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

18. SEVERABILITY

 If any one of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

19. JURISDICTION

 AOR makes no representation that materials, information or Products provided on or through this website are appropriate or available for use in other locations or jurisdictions. Those who choose to access this website from other locations or jurisdictions do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

 Products sold or delivered under these Terms shall be subject to export control laws and regulations of Canada. You agree to comply at all times with all such laws and regulations. You hereby agree to defend and hold AOR harmless against all claims, damages or liability resulting from breach of the foregoing.

23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

 These Terms, together with all other agreements, terms or conditions incorporated or referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between you and AOR with respect to the use of this website and any transaction conducted on or from this website and its contents, and supersede any prior understandings or agreements (whether electronic, oral or written) regarding the subject matter hereof, and may not be amended or modified except in writing, or by AOR making such amendments or modifications available to it pursuant to the terms hereof.

24. NO ASSIGNMENT

 You may not assign your rights or obligations herein without the express written consent of AOR.

25. ECOMMERCE RETURN POLICY

Your ultimate satisfaction with AOR products is our goal! Therefore, we gladly accept a return of any item purchased at AOR.ca within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a refund, please call 1-800-387-0177 ext. 4900, or email info@aor.ca with your order number and the code of the product you wish to return.

All returns are subject to validation and approval, and photographic evidence of the product may be requested. AOR reserves the right to decline a refund request that it deems to be fraudulent in its sole discretion. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your refund to be processed.

26. CONSUMER ADVERSE REACTION RETURN POLICY

If at any time, you experience an adverse reaction to one of our products, please contact us at 1-800-387-0177 to obtain a Return Authorization Form and an Adverse Reaction Report. Documents must be submitted to our Returns Department within 5 business days of your call.

Product must be kept until your refund is received and then it must be disposed of safely.
Product must be within the expiry date.

27. TERMINATION

 AOR reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or any part of this website, with or without notice.
