If you are not completely satisfied with your AOR purchase, please review our return policy below for AOR.us purchases. AOR monitors return activity by customers, from abuse, and if we detect what we consider excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity from a customer, that customer may be notified in writing that AOR will no longer accept any returns from that customer.
All returns are subject to validation and approval at AOR’s discretion and customers may be asked for photographic evidence.
Any changes made to our returns policy shall be updated here along with the date of the last update to the returns policy that was made.
AOR.us purchases will be eligible for a full refund to your credit or credit debit card for the purchase price of the product. We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date for any unopened / unused product. For any opened and/or used product, AOR will take returns at its discretion.
Any returns after 30 days are taken at the discretion of AOR, and AOR reserves the right to refuse returns after the initial 30-day period for any and all reasons. By purchasing and/or using AOR products, you agree to abide by AOR’s decisions in regard to judgements rendered upon returns.
