A 2013 single-blind, placebo-controlled study. 58 patients with knee osteoarthritis (OA) received either 1,000 mg/day of Turmacin® or a placebo for six weeks. There was a significant reduction in WOMAC scores, indicating reduced symptom burden in patients receiving Turmacin®. There were no changes in the placebo control group.
