Laura Harris is a 42-year-old woman living in London, UK who was diagnosed with osteoporosis in her lumbar spine. Osteoporosis is a disease characterized by low bone mass and deterioration of bone tissue, which can lead to increased risk of fracture. In January of 2018, Laura’s bone mass test revealed a sobering result; her T- Score was -2.5, the borderline for osteoporosis.
Worried about the potential for a compression fracture in
her spine that could lead to extreme pain and curvature of her spine, Laura
began religiously taking AOR supplements, including Lactoferrin and Bone Dynamics.
A little over a year later, she returned for another scan
and has graciously shared the results with us. We think her words convey them
better than we could:
“I have amazing news!! I had my bone scan yesterday, and my specialist was crying with joy the results were so good. My spine has increased in density from -2.5 to -2.0. I’m still in disbelief. Technically, I do not have osteoporosis anymore – it has moved into osteopenia!”
Osteopenia is a midpoint between healthy bones and
osteoporosis, so Laura’s bone density is going in the right direction! We are
thrilled that Laura is on her way to recovering dense and strong bones. She
plans to stick to her routine of AOR supplements.
Laura’s story shows that osteopenia and osteoporosis are not
inevitable. Diet, exercise and the right supplements can help keep your bones
from deteriorating, despite factors such as menopausal changes and hereditary
conditions.
One of the critical supplements Laura has been taking is AOR’s Bone Dynamics.
Bone Dynamics is more than just a calcium supplement; it is a complete bone-building formulation that includes nutrients fundamental for maintaining mineral balance in the bone matrix and for supporting healthy joints. Bone Dynamics is unique because it serves not only to reduce bone loss but to maintain or even increase bone growth.
The key ingredient is microcrystalline
hydroxyapatite (MCHA) complex, an extract of free-range New Zealand bovine bone
(free from antibiotics and growth hormones) and an excellent source of calcium
and phosphorus. MCHA provides proteins, growth factors, and mucopolysaccharides
that work together to stimulate bone growth and prevent bone loss. Additional
nutrients and mineral cofactors enhance the absorption and usage of calcium and
support collagen production, which builds the framework for bone.
Thank you, Laura, for putting your trust in our
products and for sharing your success with us. We wish you continued
improvement!
